Obviously, this song is about Andrew Cunanan. He killed a bunch of people in Florida in '97. This song has '1996' in the title, so I'm guessing this song must be about his life right before the killing spree.

All the people who hate this song are crazy! It's pretty fantastic. I like it more each time I hear it! It kinda weirdly reminds me of All Night Diner or something similar.
@SparklingLemonade Imagine trent reznor singing over top of it instead of isaac brock. It totally sounds musically like a song nine inch nails would make around now, it's so similar i think. Even the style of singing isaac brock has in this song seem that way.
