The narrator is a wrestler, and he's doing stuff I've never heard of in wrestling (then again I don't watch wrestling). I thought in wrestling, people just try to tackle their opponent. But apparently they also have sharp object hidden in their hands that they stab their opponents in the eye with, and they bite their opponents.
It's fun to picture yourself being the main character in this song. I love this song, and it's even better live.
