Wormholes Lyrics

Faster we'd swim through water if we still had fins
There I was your friend, feel as though I still am
Guess we're mean when we're young
With no clue how long it took to reassemble you out of star refuse
And come alive after being sent through an infinite tube of universal refuse
And wonder why that when there's anything reminiscent of truth
Any acknowledgment of it is just refused
By lethal hands sifting through sands of nothingness and it's neverending expanse
Then pinching the folds between distant poles
To connect a dimension to another dimension through wormholes
Just the other day the sun was rising
Then Saturday, the sun turned into a blackhole

Cover art for Wormholes lyrics by Mimicking Birds

"and come alive, after being sent from an infinite tube of universal refuse" I think this is a metaphor for the cycle of reincarnation. Once we die, our consciousness gets thrown into a wormhole where on the other side there's a vessel that our awareness captivates into.
