First Para - It portrays that Lord's way are really uncanny and unfair. Here "Kartar" means "The Caretaker", the lord, the divine spirit, the Almighty. "More saieen ghareeb nawaz ke" means the caretaker of the weak. "Ghareeb" literal translation is poor but in this context it means weak.

Second para - It has been explained with an example that how God has given one fellow all the wealth possible in this world where as at the same time another fellow is begging for food.

Fourth Para - Another illustration portraying the unfairness of The Almighty. At one end we have a guy with a beggar's bowl and at the other end there is this another guy with a crown on his head.

This song is a complain to God asking him why he has been so unfair, and Raag Darbari has given it a beautiful touch.
