Ok first off it’s clear the songs about an alcoholic but “I’ll die for my friends” = he thinks they want him dead “I’ll lie till the end” = lying about being happy or ok “Broken wrists” = slit wrists “I climb these walls” = a metaphor for death “I’m cool to the touch” = dead bodies are cold “I do not like you, I do not mind him much” = cheating? “They just said I’m fucked, just like your mum is fucked, I bet your dads fucked up” could mean bullying or abuse? “My skin crawls” = thinking of the abuse / bullying / cheating or because he slit his wrist he gets that feeling “I could tell a sick joke” = maybe he uses humor to cope with his feelings.
