You still have your friends, but they would never know that you had done this crazy thing the night before.
In the song, the protagonist, our hero, is a dude, but it’s really just me. I cast myself as a male lead. It’s the idea of searching for a human connection that just can’t be found by having sex with everyone."

It's actually "He ain't no jack" A reference to the radio DJ "Wolfman Jack" who was known for his gruff sounding voice.
