Really love the intro to this song, and the chorus has a strong groove to it too.

I think the lyrics are very much about not taking shit anymore and standing up for yourself, especially against an individual who has pulled you down previously. That is, no longer going to be controlled by them ... and you "shudder" to think that you ever let them control you in that manner.
