Do, Re, and Me Lyrics
I walked
into
a room full of corpses
The room all smelled like flowers
There were Nikes on their feet
Hail and smile under the cloth (goodbye horses)
I gazed
into
the souls of all the horses
That jumped off all the bridges in those wild western days
A spaceship made of death
Do re mi fa so la ti
Do re and me
I gave
into
the needs of all my masters
Man is the Bastard is a brutal fucking band
(and they hate Thomas Lenz)
I fell
into
a coffin full of orphans
and they all had been slaughtered by a website-making man
with music in his heart
Do re mi fa so la ti
Do re and me
into
a room full of corpses
The room all smelled like flowers
There were Nikes on their feet
Hail and smile under the cloth (goodbye horses)
into
the souls of all the horses
That jumped off all the bridges in those wild western days
A spaceship made of death
Do re mi fa so la ti
Do re and me
into
the needs of all my masters
Man is the Bastard is a brutal fucking band
(and they hate Thomas Lenz)
into
a coffin full of orphans
and they all had been slaughtered by a website-making man
with music in his heart
Do re mi fa so la ti
Do re and me

The first part of the song is definitely in reference to the "heaven's gate" cult where the members had committed suicide together wearing Nike's and covered their faces with a purple cloth.
Same with "A spaceship made of death"
who is Thomas Lenz? google no help...
Nevermind.... "Eric Wood’s previous band was called Neanderthal. In MaximumRocknRoll #118, Wood said Thomas Lenz had offered to put out some records but then eventually bootlegged them. Man is the Bastard wrote two short songs about Lenz entitled, “A Screwdriver in the Urethra of Thomas Lenz” and “Semen in the Eyesocket of Thomas Lenz”
