This is such a good, relatively unknown song by PM5K. I only have a far reaching guess, what it might be about. Maybe suicide, but I don't know why the lyrics are presented as they are if that's the case. Sounds as though he's trying to be there for somebody, in that bad headspace, letting them know they're not as alone as they feel at their lowest point.
