I love how this song could be applied to relationships, love, as well as personal ambition. It isn't just about a single topic, it depends on who you are.

I couldn't fully understand this song until I went through an experience that this song perfectly fit into. The verses are all sort of a reasoning, explaining his own personality and providing metaphors to the current situation. The verses are an argument as to why he isn't wrong.

The chorus describes the situating which could be that he wants to enter a relationship with someone but they think its crazy due to circumstance as in distance, or other people's views, and other extremities. So he's saying that maybe he's not so crazy. Just cause it seems crazy doesn't make it wrong. And if he is wrong he doesn't want to be right. What he is saying is that they can do this even if it's really super crazy to consider it. Great song.

But it is multi-meaning song, which you can apply to a lot of themes ranging from a romantic relationship, friendships to personal success and even about the individuals themselves. To me, interpreting this from a relationship perspective, I think this kind of tells about a person trying to make his relationship with his girlfriend into a deeper level. He wants to start a good relationship with his partner but some people around him make him second guess his decision to be with her and trying to control his life by criticising his decision and demotivating him by words. I think, in this perspective, the thing he can't see but wants to reach is a true, mutual connection with his partner which has true love.

In a motivating perspective, it can be told about that people around them forced them to do something everybody does something common. But they don't want to be ordinary, and they just motivate themselves by this song by telling themselves to take control of their own lives and don't hear others' sayings, just do it because you love to do it. He knows his path to it is gonna be rough and hard but he says he would grow from his faults. Success is what he can't see, but he still wants to reach for it. He second guesses his decisions to choose that, but he still wants to take the risks to be successful.

I love this song a lot especially its lyrics. Even though people think that he is wrong, he doesn't stop the thing that he thinks right. I like the sprits and I wanna be that kinda person.

I have a strong feeling this is about a gay relationship. "Am I wrong", "that's just how I feel", "Am I wrong to think we could be something for real" are all lyrics that give me this feeling. Also, look at the cover, then the video is them finding each other. I love the song, and with this story in mind, I think it all fits beautifully.
