Half A Heart

They were together at one point, but now they're not together. Neither of them are doing well. They probably regret splitting up.

The boy's world feels empty, or not complete. He needs her to complete his world. His life feels meaningless. Like when you live but you don't really have a point. You're just "Kinda there, but not quite"

"Forget all we said that night No, it doesn't even matter 'Cause we both got split in two If you could spare an hour or so We'll go for lunch down by the river We can really talk it through"

They probably had an argument which made they separate. He hopes they can meet up. He wants to talk about it to make up.

He can't stop thinking about her. Since they broke up he's not compete, he's lost.

1. if his missing one was female then that part would be better be like "... So your girls /or girl friends/ been telling me.." instead “..friends..”. If his missing one was female and her friends were male and also those friends knows him then how her boyfriends will know that she is sleeping with his sweeter. It is like, she is running to “boyfriends” who are also knows him, and scandalize about how she is mourning about their bake up but she can’t find an hour to see him or… or… she is living with “boyfriends” under one roof.
2. " ...I am walking 'round with just one shoe...", to complete pair of men shoes need another men’s' shoe instead high healed pump or whatever. When you walking with someone and look down then you will see 2 different shoe, and if that someone is counter gender then probably you won’t feel those shoes as a pair.
   3. " I am a half a man at best.." why this part is not like ".. i am half body /one/ person or whatever/ at best.." but exactly ".. a man..." like a half male body what needs another half male...
   4. back to beginning, their friends who are really close, knows them both and their relationship and probably feels bad for them, they are conveying how they feeling without each other. This couple is not separated due to distance, /because they are close maybe they can see each other within hour/ but by some rule and this rule is not good or wrong, so that is why their friends supporting their relationship. So common reason of any ordinary couple split up is due to unloving or relevant to money and fame. If they love each other and the reason of their separation is wrong and related to money or fame, and they had to do this by some strange rule, and his loving one is male then can you calculate what actually happened between them? Or is there can be any other possible situation?

Basically he regrets ever spilling up with his girlfriend, he feels lost like he has nothing left of him. He feels empty. They had an argument which caused them to go there different ways but both miss each other and he wants to meet up to discuss things because they didn't finish on good terms.

Sorry for this story but it really relates to me, my situation. I was with a guy for 3 years and it was a magical 3 years. I loved him so much, he meant everything to me. We would do everything together and always been close together since we were around about 12/13 years old. But then rumour after rumour came about and it was so confusing because it was my best friends who were telling me these rumours, so I didn't know who to believe which caused a lot of arugments and we spilt up. I miss him so much, and I'm close to his friends and they tell me he trying to move on and show he's not bothered but it's not fooling them.
