It's about a failed relationship. The guy left her behind for someone else. She loved him with everything, and he turned his back and loved somebody else right in front of her eyes. (Hence the lyrics "You stole the love that I saved for myself, and I watched you give it to somebody else"). Now she's questioning if she's good enough anymore. He basically shot down her confidence.
I agree this song is about I think it is about a young females confidence being thrown out the window because of a boy she was either a- in a relationship with or b- had a crush on him. She wished there was someone to tell her she was good enough and be there for her to make her feel perfect, thats why they sung "am I still not good enough" this song has multiple meanings no meaning is the same wether it be relationships, bullying or a crush.
