Heart in the Pipes (KAUF remix)

Personally, I see this song about a dying love. Not a breakup song. But consider how he says that:

How else could I have treated you like that?

I feel like its more about people so close, that they are losing each other. Finding nothing meaningful in their relationship any more.

This song's meaning seems to be a mix between a break-up and doing drugs.

It could be the narrator is a drug dealer and the person they are referring to is a customer and a deal might have gone bad. "There's patches in the dreams now" could be a metaphor. Patches could mean a poppy field and because they have had a business relationship for so long they both have this drug deal on their minds. "I could leave if you've said enough" further supports a drug deal transaction. "Hole in the house" could mean the place where the deal goes down/doing drugs occurs. Many different interpretations from this song. I love it though it's got a catchy tune.

I feel as if he's telling a girl or x girl that he's sorry but his heart is in that pipes. He loves weed. He likes to smoke in secret! He's telling her that he's willing to call it off is she said she's had enough (ill leave if you said enough) was the exact words he used. What else could he being saying?

I feel like these lyrics are about him giving his lover drugs for the first time, but it backfires when she gets addicted to it and her withdraws consecutively lead to fights in the relationship. And " hole in the house" is like a crack house where he learned to get high. He realizes how much of the substance his lover is doing, so, to try and help her, he tells her to " take a walk outside in the yard" " if it feels like [she] needs more."

This is by far the most genius person ever!!! It's about two people that were in love and basically they both decide to move on yet after the move on they he regrets moving on ...hence there's patches in the dreams...the part where he says if it feels like you need more honey he's referring to himself hoping she will change her mind...hence he counting every instance just like a calender...

I am not sure it is about drugs to be honest. I heard this on GTA5 on a few occasions as Michael gets into his car. Coincidence his marriage was on the rocks his wife and his left him for awhile (spoiler) all he's ever done is commit attrocities so he can feed his families love for money till it makes him a shallow person till the end. As you see his family has everything money cars big house but yet they don't have a connected Michael who's addicted to crime. Michael loves his family but it's all one cog that just goes around and around.
