I think this is about a boy whose family is somewhat emotionally abusive and he’s trying to fix their relationship but feels hopeless about the situation because he believes the things they said to him and regrets some of the things he did. That is merely how i interpret this song and what this song means to me I don’t know if it makes sense to anyone else.
