I never asked you
To come in my room
You weren't invited
I never asked you
To play with my toys
I never asked you
To mess with my
Private life
So don't
Never asked you
To take me to war
Keep your hands to

General CommentSeems like a song about people meddling in your life without your consent and how they should really mind their own business and stop because it’s uninvited and causing more problems for the person. Most likely addressing someone who has the legal or moral authority to meddle in their life (e.g. parents, the government, police, etc). The line, “Never asked you to take me to war” really strikes deep with me and shows he’s not just talking about small things like a child with their toys. This invasion of privacy is on a large scale.
