If they came
Open arms
Far away
Maybe R.I.P. humans
Tears for animals animals animals
And nature
Did you ever feel an alien
What's R.I.P. your blood type
Is it delicate as night
Imagine my father did feel feel feel feel feel feel me
I was R.I.P. R.I.P.
Would you go

Open arms
Far away
Tears for animals animals animals

I get the feeling that their dad molested one or both of them in childhood. They sing a lot about father figures, like in Werewolf, and it really shows in their lyrics.

Hmmm not so, The theme of the song conveys child rape and the chorus "would you go if they came with with open arms far away" suggests the manipulation inputted into children by their rapists (if you look it up many cases of child rape/molestation show that once a child is kept by their rapist for a very long time they become manipulated into thinking they belong to their rapist and they cant escape them). The diction being used in the word "would" proposes the idea that it is an option for the child because the narrator understands the child...

The diction being used in the word "would" proposes the idea that it is an option for the child because the narrator understands the child is manipulated. The question/chorus is being asked to a child and promises the child the narrator or "they" would take them (escape) far away from this cynical and dehumanizing experience.
Along with my interpretation, the song reminds me of Katherine Mansfield's short story "The Doll's House."
