In my opinion the song is about people being taken advantage of in the porn industry or just sexually. "Your fortune still waiting" and "It's getting so close you can taste it" mean that they're bribing you with something and make you get "on your hands and knees so you can take all that you can take." And in the end they just leave you with nothing and say "never mind just get out."

I think it's about singer Greg Puciato's relationship with Jenna Haze, and her job as a porn star.

"Fill you up with all that you can take"

"You're getting it for sure, your clothes all over the bedroom floor"

"On your hands and knees so you can take all that you can"

These are quite self-explanatory.

"Never mind, just get out" is his plea to her to find a different line of work.
