I'm really sad about this song. I love Animal Collective, Panda Bear, and Daft Punk. BUT HOW IS THIS SO MELLOW WITH A SLOW TEMPO!?!? Animal Collective is know for crazy change ups and chaotic rhythms. I love a lot of songs from this new album, but this is the last thing I expected from this collaboration. =(

I think this song is the message of the song is the following: A good song is a song that people will dance to and will feel for. When you feel you are in 'the zone' making a good song, you have to keep at it all throughout the night. Remember, this song is about making people dance! (and about making a song about making people dance :P )

This is my favorite song off of their Random Access Memories album! It's meaning seems close to that of "Lose Yourself to Dance." However, "Doin' It Right" seems to be more collective which I could imagine being a crowd in the club or at a house party. On the other hand, "Lose Yourself to Dance" seems more like a hardcore one-person party.
