This song to me has a few different meanings. The main one being this song is about Laing a child before it is born, the couple slept with each other in the moment and did not use protection. "Once again we lost all control to love" now this is where the meanings split off. The singer is either talking about the girl despising the child and having an abortion; therefore calling it Lilith meaning evil. Or it's about the girl having a miscarriage and not getting over it therefore the guy resents the child as it has brought the girl so much hurt so he calls it evil.

I think this song is about abortion and how the child is unloved by its mother, with the POV switching a couple times.
