Simple song about a girl and a guy who are together in a relationship whether it's girlfriend and boyfriend or just have a strong attraction towards each other. The girl is head over heels for this guy and trys to turn him on to the max, giving him sexual looks of her, and the guy is amazed by it. He wants her to slow down a bit, hence his saying, "Girl take it easy".
Easton Corbin is all over the road swerving left and right because she keeps touching and grabbing him in places he can't seem to handle.
