I believe this is about a mentally disturbed person. Who is depressed. Okay, this is tough to interpret.

to me it's seems to be about a person who is depressed and is tired of the weight the world is giving them, the "Your friends will always just be in your way Trust me, They'll die or leave you, either way" is the person tired of people saying that they're their friend, but is actually just trying to manipulate them, and that all of their real friends have died and left them, which is why they want to be left alone so that they're not manipulated or filled with grief, but they're so used to living that way that it they can't show emotion to it anymore so that's why it say "Tact from me is like blood from a stone" as for the "You all say I've crossed a line, But the sad fact is I've lost my mind" part, i have no real explanation to it, "Can you see they tell you lies thus keeping you weak Leave me, my heart is dead for all to see" the first part is them talking about being manipulated, the second part is them talking about the effect of this manipulation and grief has left them broken and emotionless, them not able to feel anything else but pain, and that's my interpretation

I think this is about a person who has gone through a lot. People left them, their loved ones died. They may be depressed, they may just be hardened and have become desensitized to life's hardships, or at leat that's the mask they're trying to put on. And I think they do that for a new person that entered their life, a new person who they try not to get attached to, but fail. So their reaction to that is, they try hard to distance themselves by putting up the sharade of a soulless person and a, well, jerk ("And I'm just getting started, let me offend, the devil's got nothing on me, my friend"), but also try to warn their new friend to be careful not to be broken like they have been (practically the whole rest of the song). So, overall, an extremely relatable song and extremely sad, especially after you've thought some about it.

Not sure about the title, Beekeeper. However I read this as a song about a man who's woman left him and cheated. , as she was lonely in the relationship. His reaction is to tell her not to listen to what her friends say, they say he's gone too far in his accusations. But he is angry, and hurt and is lashing out, a temper tantrum that leaves you not wanting to be other humans.
