Hahaha, pretty sure this song speaks for itself. The person in question seems to think they love this person, but really, they're only fooling themselves.
Super self- explanatory. The singer is letting the person know that they aren't good for them. While this person loves them and has tried making plans for their future - the singer is trying to tell them that it's wishful thinking. He/She isn't the person they should be with, they aren't right for each other.
While he/she thinks of that person - it's not quite the way they think of them. Almost like being a female with a male best friend or vice versa, and having one fall for the other without them feeling the same way.
