A guy who was waiting for the longest time for his perfect girl. Was told he would never find someone like that, Eventually finds her though.
Everything he wanted she was,but she wasn't a dream. So he felt she was out of his league, and surprised someone like her Would be into a guy like him. She makes him feel alive (heart beat racing), and if he dies, he doesn't want to be awakened because she may be gone from fear it was a dream.
He pinch's himself is an expression to make sure you're not dreaming, and he finds it hard to believe that this perfect girl is into a guy like him. And for all this, he feel she is out of his league.
