I think this song is about a woman realizing she is in love with a guy she cheated, or walked out on. He forgives her, and then asks how she came to the conclusion that she loves him.

The first line is a question about the genuineness of her "finding out" that she now loves him . He says that she "could be the one" (meaning, despite what has happened, he wants to try again), and tells her she cannot lie anymore because "that is over" (possibly in reference to their previous rocky relationship together). In the last lines, he "welcomes" her when she "comes back", and asks himself "how you find out", or know when/if you are in love with someone.

The title "She Found Now", to me, is a revelation about people discovering the beautiful immediacy of life, and their place in it.

My Interpretation

@jacobloper What I mean is people take each other for granted. And yet, we forgive each other, and that makes life worth living. I notice My Bloody Valentine's take on love is very bittersweet, but in a good way.
