Judge, Jury and Executioner Lyrics
Don't worry, baby
It goes right through me
I'm like the wind and my anger will disperse
Thin persecutors
And twisted vespers
A horned reptile that has crawled upon the earth
I went for my usual walk
I'll tell it like it is
Tell it like it was
Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury
When darkness follows
And no tomorrows
It's all been decided
all spiced and scented
All bouncing voices down the echo chamber
Don't worry, baby
It goes right through me
I went for my usual walk
I went around the block
I just can't talk or reason with my executioner
Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury
Been wasting trails
You talk in layers
I went for my usual walk
Tell it like it is
Tell it like it was
Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury
Don't worry, baby
It goes right through me
I'm like the wind and my anger will disperse
It goes right through me
I'm like the wind and my anger will disperse
Thin persecutors
And twisted vespers
A horned reptile that has crawled upon the earth
I went for my usual walk
I'll tell it like it is
Tell it like it was
Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury
When darkness follows
And no tomorrows
It's all been decided
all spiced and scented
All bouncing voices down the echo chamber
Don't worry, baby
It goes right through me
I went for my usual walk

Judge and jury, executioner
Judge and jury

I talk in layers you sure do Thom.
These lyrics are all wrong. Pretty sure the correct lyrics are: "and twisted vespers" not "your twisted whispers"... and "all spiced and scented" rather than "all spies deceptive".
Regardless, I think this song pertains to the Apocalyptic prophecy found in the Book of Revelation. In this story, the exiled St John encounters God while walking on the island of Patmos, who shares various visions and knowledge of how things will transpire on earth during the End Times ("and darkness follows / and no tomorrows")
This chapter directly refers to a "horned reptile" who (after being cast out of heaven) "crawls across the earth" persecuting a woman who escapes into the desert. It also speaks of false prophets who "talk in layers" (convincing double-talk).
In this song, the singer "just can't talk or reason with my executioner" because "it's all been decided" (ie: the Judge, Jury and Executioner is God, who has already decided how and when things will all end.)
What's more, the line "I tell it like it is / tell it like it was" is reminiscent of the description of an Omniscient Deity who "is, was, and ever shall be".

“Don’t worry baby. It goes right though me” — clearly talking about Guinness here.
judge jury and executioner, darkness follows, no tomorrows
This makes me think of someone who is depressed and decides that they should kill themself. In which cause you are your own judge jury and executioner.
I don't think this song is that abstract. It's about struggling with criticism. If you've ever had someone tear you down to the point where you just have to get away by going for a long walk, you will relate to the lyrics.
I agree with the person above that the true lyrics relate to biblical themes, but I think it's sarcastic, accusing the critic of being high-and-mighty / acting like God in the final judgement.
It's not coincidence that it's the same as the alternate name to the song myxomatosis. That song seems to be about public criticism or dealing with the media / being in the public spotlight.
