This one has a literal meaning of heartbreak and the feelings that come with it. It seems as if Thom has been through it before. As the love slips away Thom knows the process of grievance and what it feels like before, he doesn't "want it to start".
The whole feel of the album can be linked to TKOL and this sense of wandering that was brought forward with Feral. Feeling lost in the woods stumbling around after loosing love.
Song is about being gay and not wanting to use your genitals in that way but being coerced into it by an older man.
