Isn't it "Oh I most" instead of "All?" Anyway, pretty sure the song is about having a bad-ish day and saying to your significant other...'do bad things to me.' Hah, love it. And yes, I crank the radio every time it comes on.
A little taste of BDSM? That's what I get out of it. "I mostly wish I had a bad way" sounds to me like he's referencing a kink, and then the obvious "I wanna be your toy".
