I think the meaning of this song is fairly clear. The music video does a good job of showing the symbolism in this song with how she feels like she's dating a child because of the way he carries himself.
I mainly like this song because the title of it reminds me of the sweetest line in the 1995 film, Casper, where Casper, the friendly ghost, asks Kat: "Can I keep you?"
