They put the fear in our hearts.
The came and stopped our production.
They tore our world apart.
Oh, incredible lights,
Making their way through the night,
Like Christmas trees taking flight,
Oh, the incredible sight!
Who told the flowers to cower this morning?
What made the tires deflate without warning?
Why are the clouds all so dark without storming?
Is this the end or is this just a warning?
Who took the birds from the sky?

Who let the animals out of their cages?
Does this confirm what we've thought now for ages?
Will they be peaceful or will they be dangerous?

Right there before us,
Our hearts were enormous.
Will they enjoy us
Or will they destroy us?
When they invade they remove their disguises,
Blowing our minds with their shapes and their sizes.
Fighting a war is a bad situation.
We can't compete with their vast information.
We're gonna lose this, the world-wide consensus.
It's safe to say we're going out of business.
