I can't believe no one has commented on this one yet. Aside from the music being amazing, the lyrics are just perfectly suited for my life right now.
A pair of broken lovers who keep naturally falling into each others lives. They can't get away because they know there is still love for one another within a their shattered hearts. "Do you love me?" "What am I suppose to say?" She's asking him a rhetorical question. They both know their love there but is lost, things will never be the same. The familar touch of each other fills each soul with warmth of once was, the touch feels so right that they can't regret it and its 'worth at any cost.' At that moment when they"take it off" the weight of the past world excitingly disappears. They've known each other a long time, they're the only ones that lovingly know everything about one another and it'll always be that way. Growing together they will forever be bound. Looking back acceptly to the negativty that surrounded the relationship and they had to part. They want to be a part of each other. They know it'll be physically satisfying but they also know they can't make each happy long term because things are forever broken.
Its sad, so close but far away. This song makes me sad, maybe they we're meant to be together but we're suppose to meet later in life. Now their special bond is forever damaged and theres nothing they can do to make it as good as it once was. :(
