I wish someone would do one for this song. I would try, but I'm terrible at explaining. xD And plus I don't think I'd be able to explain something like this. xD
It seems to me the song is about a guy who is still in love with his ex trying to say, "maybe we should keep trying." "Still worth fighting for" means, that their relationship is still a possibility, that they could go back to dating because they are both still in love. "I'm ready for one more battle scar" means he is willing to deal with the problems if they could be together again.
