Just some corrections, darling. ♥ After 'and the lashes' she adds 'and the eairh'. I have no idea what this means (or if it means anything at all). Those first little question marks, after 'NYPD shut down the party' is 'So no fee for me' and the second question marks after 'few may choose to leave' is 'so shut that lid and we'll all bid adieu to your ennui'.

I don't even know what's the tea. Means "What"s the deal?" or "What"s the offense?" or "What is going on?"
The first part of the song is telling the story of a Drag performer heading to put on a show but when she arrives at the club it's been shut down by the police. "No fee for me" = the show was cancelled without notice so she's not going to get paid.
