I'm sorry you're reading this. You should probably get up, step away from whatever it was you were doing, go outside in the fresh air. Hopefully the weather will be to your liking. Walk to the store. Post a letter. Probably should just get your mind off of things as much as possible.

But... for most people who will be able to identify with this... you really can get out of that mess! Just listen to Jordan Peterson or Jocko Willink or some one inspiration to get you on the right track... I don't care, but get your life together!

And I have all 5 or 6 Matt Elliott albums and I love so many of his songs. But now looking back about 6-7 years when I was really stuck...

But it's incredibly beautiful and you can appreciate the melodies and the lyrics even afterwards, when you're fine and happy. :)
