In this song, they're talking about their new musical style. They foresaw that their fans wouldn't like the style change, so they made this.

It's also relationed to album's title: Reign of Terror. It's a reference to Russian Revolution. Basically, the guys meant to say they would kill the opposition (people who wouldn't like the new album).
