To me, this song is a general I miss you-type of love song. The tittle of the song literally translates as "I Cry For You". There are multiple references to the past, to which the singer refers as if he lost the woman that he loves. He cannot "find a way out", or forget any of the wonderful moments spent with her, he cannot stop thinking about how much he misses her, because as Mr. Iglesias says himself, "she once filled a void".
