I am not certain of this song's meaning, but Hadrian rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem after the Babylonians destroyed the walls in approximately 70 AD. This is not in the Bible but is extant in ancient texts that are not Biblical.

I now believe that the lyrics may be mythological because of the mention of the release of a dragon.
