i think this is about 2 people that have just commited murder and one guy has no problem or regrets but the other guy is freaking out and hes trying to get him to come down and finish the job(Take the car, and turn it into our alibis Discard the body, pop some pills and you'll be find), hes also telling him what to tell the cops if they are suspected. towards the end it seems as if he ratted out the other guy who was afraid and he is deeply sorry for that bc he didnt mean to
