Love this song, as most of Mark Knopfler tracks. Though I enjoy sometimes understanding song meanings & the background of why they’re written, mark knopfler has the ability to almost tell a story though his guitar playing alone. This is one song my 11 year old son adores to listen to & we sing it together. Dire straits as likes of Paul carrack with Mike & the mechanics write songs that resonate to so many about real life storys. Amazing.
