The song is about the disappearance of Lisa Marie Young, who was a friend of Allison\'s. Lisa went missing in 2002 after taking a ride with an unknown man. She is believed to have been killed, though her body has not been found to date.\n\nI need to say that this song struck a chord every single time ever since the very first listen although I couldn\'t figure out the exact meaning for a very long time. What I was turning in my head was revolving around caring after a child or something similar but I just couldn\'t quite make it out. Today I stumbled upon a note on Young\'s disappearance and finally understood the underlying story. All pieces fell into place and now I can see why the song has always felt so touching and emotional. Tragic as the story is, the song is an absolutely amazing piece of art.
