Not sure why it's down as "My Tu-Tu". I heard this on the Hits Album 3 called "My Toot Toot"

As for the song meaning, I take it as a woman working in a strip club. You can look, but not touch.

And "Toot Toot" = Toot x2? A pair?

The perspective of the lyrics is a bit garbled (switched from the first to 3rd person during the 'hospital' verse) but the song seems to be about a mother (or maybe father) warning a man not to mess with her daughter.
