I feel like the narrator is the person working and he cant take doing what he is told “I cant remember what it was like to play” and “if i could only find the exit door id run away”, it feels like he was trapped from the start of his working ages and cant escape this asylum. In the end, he gets up without warning and sprints to well atleast try to find and exit and after finding an elevator hes gets stuck in this traffic jam but eventually finds a latter when he finally takes his mask off fully and his shadow fades and he gets electrocuted or some sort in the end of the video maybe by some god or something
