The first part of the song is a collection of sentences all of them composed solely with the letters of the words "Kew, Rhone". But note that "Kew, Rhone" is also almost an ananagram of "Henry Cow". And Blegvad has just been sort of fired out from Henry Cow, which kept Slapp Happy's singer Dagmar Krause. Then the lyrics can been heard as a kind of nostalgy for the Slapp Happy trio including its female singer. Today (2018), Slapp Happy are performing back together with the initial baseline, and Blegvad seems very happy with this !
