It's obvious to me he's saying "stay on the couch, but change the channel on your big screen. Eat more foods, and consume more beverages so that you never want to get off the couch. The more you consume....whether it be for body or brain, the more cloudy, unclear, confused and uninspired you will become".

...and whatever you do,,,never ever - go outside
