The Love Boat Theme

Anyone having grown up with this theme song probably remembers the entire crew and most, if not all, of the weekly shows. It was so popular, and probably because it was just a warm-hearted, sometimes funny, kind and gentle TV series....corny, too, but almost every show was back then and we didn't care. This song is in honor of my very best friends (local ones anyway) who are away on a 4-day cruise; may they have the time of their lives. They came into my life when I was at my lowest. They have since become a lifeline for me. When I am sick, they're the first ones to bring over food. When I am refusing to go out, they are the first to come over with a bottle of wine, some wood for the firepit, or with an arm yanking to force me to go dancing with them. They always try to hook me up with some supposedly great person. They send me flowers on special occasions. They insist on dragging me along to events I would rather not attend (what are friends for:), and they love my family and my animals. I am so blessed to have them in my life, which is why I hope they are having a Love Boat type of cruise!
