I had to make an account and comment because I love this sung by Bowie. He sounds so sexy on this track, and no one else had commented. Other than that, this is obviously a cover from his album Pin-Ups. All cover songs on that album. So I don't think this had any significant meaning to Bowie, other than he liked the song. If you are here, you are truly a Bowie fan and probably know all this already. RIP Starman
