The lyrics are directly inspired by the Stephen king shirt story "Survivor Type''
It mirrors the plot perfectly, its about a doctor who is marooned on an island. And he survivors by slowly eating pieces of himself, and eating the powdered heroin was smuggling.
The story ends with the doctor eating his fingers and then the journal entries stop. Autopsy took it one step further, the doctor eats the rest of his fingers/arm then cuts his throat
