The song is an attack on censorship, the PMRC and people who who automatically assume the band is bad because of the name. You can't assume you understand them, or assume that what they are doing is wrong. Limiting the 1st amendment is bad.
These guys say it in that special in your face sort of way. The surprizing thing is that as hard as they are, they're also really deep.

Yes, I can only agree. It's a great and motivating song.
It means not to be a Judgemental fuck without knowing anything. It's about known ignorance basically. The Charlie Manson line is genius.
I really love that last paragraph, from "just cuz u dont understand whats goin on" to "1 more thing, f#@$! you". It stands for what i stand for, in words i couldnt think of!
It basically speaks out against those who have more morals than brains. Those who are so full of rules, so full of "whats right", they cant see "whats good" - and yet they impose it on others...
