beautiful song, one that I listened to over and over and over this Christmas. The lyrics are straight forward. There's little that's hidden, obscure here. One highlight is that the composer revels in the joy that comes with Christmas. Look at the lyric that gets repeated over and over and what ends the song, "I look at all the toys under the Christmas tree It makes me think about the way things could be If people all over the world could just see them too." If only the poorest and most wretched from planet Earth could see presents for themselves just as we look at our own Christmas tree and see our presents. If only there were more joy among those in such a dire place/situation !
