I think the meaning is pretty straight forward. A boy who's dating a girl that her parents and friends just don't approve of, and he's saying that he doesn't give a.... yeah. After all the stupid things that he did, (i.e. hitting her dog... XD) she still loves him! I think he's just counting his blessings that she hasn't dumped him yet. XD
