Well, the song has two of Tyler's favorite subjects, Satan and Dance Clubs. "Ripping off your bandages" may refer to exposing your real self, exposing your lies. Someone is burning all the folks, probably old Satan who makes an appearance. Now what the fire represents, I dunno, literally fire? Should check the rest of the songs on the album, since there are usually some connections between songs.
I get the sense that this song is about BDSM. The idea came to me after repeated listenings in the car and having certain lyrics jump out "I hit you in the spot", "I got the hose if you wanna take it out for me, girl", "Now they're ripping off your bandages"
